Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

3.3 Patient Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking appointments. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your appointment.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your payment card information. By making a payment, you agree to the payment gateway's terms and conditions.

4.2 Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TechDr or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TechDr acts as an intermediary platform connecting patients with healthcare providers. We are not liable for:

  • The quality of medical services provided by healthcare professionals
  • Any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions
  • Any disputes between patients and healthcare providers
  • Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in service
  • Loss of data or information

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechDr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
